24 Carat Gold Plated Tellurium Copper

Tellurium Copper is 99.5% Copper (Cu) and 0.5% Tellurium (Te) along with trace amounts of Silver and Phosphorus. 

Tellurium is added to the copper to improve the metals machinability.

Most high-end spaker cable terminations using wire-end spades and binding posts are difficult to tighten by hand. 

Not only does this lead to insufficient contact for high-fedelity sound, there is a danger that the connection will vibrate loose with use.

To address these problems Puresonic® has developed finger-tightenable "spring spade" terminals for speaker cables. 

Spring tension in the spade connector reduces mechanical vibrations and ensures long-lasting, high-integrity connection.
